The Vision Behind MyFounderDNA

After years of working with entrepreneurs and studying startup ecosystems, I observed a pattern: founder psychology often has a greater impact on venture success than market conditions or business models. Yet most entrepreneurial resources focus exclusively on tactics rather than understanding the founder's innate strengths and weaknesses.

I created MyFounderDNA to bring a scientific approach to entrepreneurial psychology, helping founders gain self-awareness about their natural tendencies and providing actionable insights to leverage their unique strengths while addressing potential blind spots.

The Science and Research

Developing MyFounderDNA required extensive research in behavioral psychology, entrepreneurial studies, and psychometric testing. I collaborated with business psychologists and successful entrepreneurs to identify 25 key dimensions that significantly impact founder success.

These dimensions include traits like collaboration tendency, perseverance, proactivity, comfort with ambiguity, problem-solving approach, risk tolerance, and communication style. The assessment was validated through multiple rounds of testing with hundreds of entrepreneurs across different industries and venture stages.

Technical Implementation
